Spring breaks are happening, the snow is switching to rain, and the extra sunshine is making you want to switch to some spring LipSense® colors. Wintertime has has everyone wearing beautiful deep berry colors, but now the bright colors are starting to pop up everywhere (in nature and in fashion). Season changes are always a great time to switch out your wardrobe- and that includes your LipSense® colors. Here are some popular spring LipSense®colors (and my personal favorites for this season).

Spring Colors: Light Pinks and Purples

Pastels are the epitome of springtime LipSense colors. Incorporate this into your makeup by grabbing some pale pink and purples. These colors always work great if you are first starting out with LipSense, and they also layer great with bolder colors. But I wear them solo once it starts getting warmer outside. You can also choose to have some sparkle or not with your color.  Aussie Rose is a light, sheer pink which has a bit of sparkle to it, making it fun for weekend brunch or drinks on a patio. Goddess is a customer favorite as well, as it is very pale but with a matte finish. I love this one for an everyday wear since it’s such a natural color. Want to switch it up and wear a purple instead? Try out Mauve Ice which is very light purple, with a frosty finish. Or, grab Violette (one of my personal top 3 favs!) which has that perfect balance of purple and pink. It leans more purple, and has a bit of sparkle to it as well.

Everyday Colors: Light Nude’s

A nude color is essential to have in your LipSense® collection. I love layering them over a bright red! Bella is a pretty neutral, but a bit darker than you want to wear in spring. So switch it out for praline rose, which is much lighter in shade and still a matte color. Nude Pink is a recent addition to our permanent collection, and is also a matte color. The hint of pink makes this color flattering on a range of skin tones. Looking for some shimmer? Try out Bombshell, which is a more of a warm tone, and has the hint of sparkle that makes it so pretty to wear solo in the sunshine.

On the Go Color: Berry Tinted Gloss

Springtime colors are light and bright. This makes our glosses that have some berry color perfect to wear. They glide on sheer, and hydrate your lips with that hint of color. Bougainvillea gloss is the classic sheer red gloss that is perfect when worn solo or over any LipSense® color. Looking for something even lighter- grab the Rose gloss for more of a pink tint. My newest favorite is Pink Sand gloss- it adds sparkle and the hint of pink color. And sometimes we have limited edition glosses that have pack some more punch with color– ask your distributor (or me!) what they have in stock! I wear these glosses on days that I’m going makeup free or when I don’t want to wear LipSense® that day.

Watching the winter start to melt away is one of my favorite times of the year. Switching out my LipSense® for a more spring-y color makes my heart happy (and tides me over until summer time arrives). I hope this list gave you some ideas for a new LipSense® color to try. Jump over to my website and you can order directly there, or send me an email and I’ll help you narrow down colors (and do all the ordering for ya). While you’re here, let us know in the comments what your favorite part of spring is! (Mine is enjoying a drink on a sunny patio).
